At LOGISEC, we place particular importance on the reliability of our products and the continuity of your business. All of our cartridges, whether new or remanufactured, come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This guarantee covers any manufacturing defect or malfunction liable to affect the normal use of your equipment. In the event of a claim, our teams quickly analyse the situation to verify the origin of the problem. If the product is recognised as defective under the guarantee, it is replaced by an identical or equivalent product as quickly as possible, in order to limit any interruption to your production.
The warranty applies subject to the presentation of the proof of purchase and correct use of the product. Damage related to misuse, product modification or unauthorised intervention is excluded.

Every product undergoes checks before dispatch, and precise tracking is ensured throughout its lifecycle, in collaboration with our industrial partners and suppliers. This high standard enables us to offer reliable solutions tailored to the most demanding industrial environments.
At the same time, we are engaging in a circular economy approach by organising the collection of used cartridges via our deposit scheme. These are then refurbished and put back into circulation, helping to reduce waste while offering an economical alternative to our customers.
