Are your cartridges compatible with my machines?

Yes. We work with the three market benchmark brands (HP, HSA, Pitney Bowes), as well as with new suppliers to broaden compatibility. No modifications to your hardware are necessary: whether you use new or remanufactured cartridges, they are designed to fit directly into your existing machines.

Do you only offer cartridges or machines as well?

LOGISEC specialises in consumables: we do not sell machines. We focus on supplying new and remanufactured cartridges, directly from the manufacturers' factories, to guarantee quality and availability for you.

With remanufactured cartridges, is there a risk to my machines?

There is no risk to your warranty as long as you continue to use a majority of original cartridges (generally around 70 %). Our remanufactured cartridges are tested and inspected before being put back into circulation, and we always provide samples so you can check that they work with your equipment before you commit to a purchase.

What happens to my used cartridges?

Your used cartridges enter our reuse circuit: they are collected, inspected, then reconditioned by our specialised partners (ink refilling and refurbishment). Once reconditioned, they are brought back to life under the LOGISEC brand and put back on the market; nothing is lost, everything is part of a circular economy approach.

How do I return my used cartridges?

Thanks to our deposit system: with each purchase of new cartridges, you receive a discount on the price (deducted directly), in exchange for the return of your empty cartridges. Returns are simply made via our B2B carrier, directly to our site. This process allows you to both save money and contribute to reuse.
